How to Start Lesson One of the Addiction to Freedom Program?

If you are using a desktop browser to access, click the Courses from the left-side menu.
If you are using the mobile app to access it, click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of the page.
A pop-out menu will show up from the left side. Look for the Courses Space (with a little triangle on the left side) and click it.
Click on the Addiction to Freedom to open up the corresponding space. Please note that you may need to have access to the space.
This will open a page on which you can see the Course Material tab at the top and the weeks on the main page.
Clicking/Tapping on Week 1 will show/hide the lessons underneath it.
So, when you see the lesson list appear, click on 1.0 Welcome to Addiction to Freedom to watch it.
Watch the video and then click the Mark as Complete button when finished.
