How to Start Lesson One of the Stop Smoking Program?

If you use a desktop browser to access, click the Courses from the left-side menu.
If you are using the mobile app to access it, click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of he page.
A pop-out menu will show up from the left side. Look for the Course Space (with a little triangle on the left side) and click it.
Click on the Stop Smoking Program to open up its corresponding space. Please note that you may need to have access to the space.
This will open a page with the Course Material tab at the top and the main page for the different cycles.
Clicking/Tapping on the Preliminary Cycle will show/hide the lessons underneath it.
So, when you see the lesson list shows up, click on the 1.1 Welcome to the Program Video to watch it.
Watch the video and then click the Mark as Complete button when finished.
