What to do if I cannot find the answer I am looking for in the Learning Center?

Kindly click the web widget (blue circle with a chat bubble) at the bottom right of the page.

Click on the Active Conversation section (if available) to resume any active conversation you had before.

Otherwise, you may just click the "New Convesation" button to initiate a new conversation.

You may also click on the Submit ticket on the top right portion of the Learning Centre.

You may also email us at [email protected]. These emails go into a ticketing system and will be answered within 24hrs Mon-Fri.
