How to Start the Lesson One of the Trial Quit Mini-Course?

If you use a desktop browser to access, click the Challenges and Mini-Courses from the left-side menu.

If you are using the mobile app to access it, click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of the page.

A pop-out menu will show up from the left side. Look for the Challenges and Mini-Courses Space (with a little triangle on the left side) and click it. 

Click on the Trial Quit Mini-Course to open up the corresponding space. Just so you know, you may need to have access to the space.

This will open a page on which you can see the Daily Videos tab at the top and the weeks on the main page. 

Click the 1.0 Introduction to the Trial Quit Mini-course to open up the video.

Watch the video and then click the Mark as Complete button when finished.
