Be mindful of the error you are encountering when trying to log into your Community Account.
The first step in checking is to verify if the email address and the passwords you have typed are correct. You may also need to check for leading and trailing spaces on these credentials.
If you are still encountering problems, you may need to check the specific error.
You will get the same error for invalid email addresses and incorrect passwords. Better double-check if both credentials are valid and correct.
