How to Report a Concern through the Community Chat?

If you are having issues navigating the community platform and/or accessing the course and lesson spaces, you may use the community chat to submit your concerns.
Sending a private message:
If you want a one-on-one approach, you may directly send a private message to True Quit Community Support.

Head over to the Members space on the left menu.

Type in "Community Support" at the search bar at the top of the space and click on the Members-only filter

Click on the True Quit Community Support from the search result and a pop-out menu will appear from the right.

Click on the Chat button at the top to initiate a private message with the Community Support.
Sending a message to the group channel:
If you want to broadcast your concern so that anyone who is a member of the community can see and give feedback on it, you may send your message to the group chat.

Head over to the "Community Admin Support" space on the left side menu.

Click on the "Chat" tab on the top menu. The Chat box will show up at the bottom of the page.

Note:
You may also post your group visible concerns on other spaces you are a member of. Just click their respective link on the left side menu and look for the corresponding "Chat" tab at the top.
You may still send us an email through the [email protected]. Do note that these emails go into a unified ticketing system and will be answered within 24 hours, Mon-Fri.
